Welcome to Bracknell Forest Cambium Partnership

 

Bracknell Forest Cambium Partnership is a 50:50 Joint-Venture partnership between Bracknell Forest Council and Countryside Properties to redevelop a number of key sites in Bracknell. This will continue the successful regeneration of Bracknell town centre following the launch of The Lexicon.

We have identified key sites within the Council's long term aspirations as part of the ‘Bracknell Town Centre Vision 2032’ report. This sets out how Bracknell will realise its potential as a strong town centre, serving a prosperous and dynamic area.

Over recent months we have been consulting with the local community to bring about developments of high quality which aim to create a sustainable neighbourhood with a variety of homes including affordable housing.

The three Category 1 sites which are currently being developed by the Partnership are:

 

Ambition for Bracknell

Over the next 10 to 15 years, Bracknell will realise its potential as a strong & sustainable town centre, serving a prosperous and dynamic area. It will draw on its Twentieth Century ‘New Town’ character and blend this with its deeper legacy as a historic town, capturing the benefits of both worlds.

Our vision is to deliver high quality development that supports a thriving, 18-hour town centre and catalyses further regeneration in the area. It must serve the needs of all residents and businesses, including new affordable homes and community facilities, fostering a sense of local ownership.
